New Horizon’s Regulatory and Compliance Leader is Promoted to Strengthen Quality Infrastructure

New Horizon Medical Solutions (NHMS) has promoted Raymond Jessen to senior vice president of Compliance, Regulatory Affairs & Quality. Company executives say the promotion recognizes Jessen’s leadership in building NHMS’s compliance infrastructure and advancing regulatory strategy across medical devices and HCT/Ps.

“Raymond has raised the bar for how we approach compliance and quality at every level of the organization. This promotion reflects the trust we place in his judgment and his impact on our growth,” NHMS CEO Will Hall said.

In his expanded role, Jessen now oversees regulatory strategy, the quality management system, and compliance infrastructure, including inspection readiness, product lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation. He has more than 25 years of experience from organizations including Intermountain Health, Smith+Nephew, PolarityBio, and Genpact, with a track record spanning thousands of regulatory submissions across medical devices, HCT/Ps, and pharmaceuticals.

“In this new position, Raymond brings a level of precision and accountability to regulatory standards that is rare. He has strengthened our governance framework, and that will directly reduce enterprise risk,” NHMS General Counsel Bart J. Verdirame observed.

Areas of Jessen’s expertise include: regulatory strategy and submissions for medical devices, HCT/Ps, and pharmaceuticals; U.S. Food and Drug Administration and CMS inspection readiness and compliance infrastructure; quality system development and scalable operations; product lifecycle planning and HRO implementation; and enterprise recall management and supply chain quality.
